Tenant Representation

I will represent your interests in the market place to ensure you obtain the best facility at the lowest cost by negotiating on your behalf, leaving you the time and energy to focus on your business. Additionally, our fees are paid by the landlord, not you.

Landlord Representation

If your building is less than 100% leased, I will look for tenants to fill your space.  We can also discuss ways to increase value and maximize your investment.

Many people don’t realize real estate agents are also able to help you find an amazing apartment. I have access to a program that will help us easily search all apartments within your preferred location (anywhere in Texas) with your wants and needs. It will also show us any and all incentives (free rent, gift cards, waived fees, etc)!

Let me do all the research and leg work so you don’t have to spend hours scrolling through various websites trying to find a place.

You can apply for the Divvy Homes program here. Approval is based on income, credit, and background.

Minimum FICO score of 550.
Steadily employed for the last 6 months.
Proof of $2,000 in bank account.
No bankruptcy or eviction in the past 12 months.
Debt-to-income ratio of up to 50%.

Search

Any home that is for sale in your price range its eligible for an offer. We’ll treat the home search process as if you are the buyer.

Offer

I put an offer together with Divvy as a cash offer on the home of your choice. If accepted, we move forward with the purchase and you rent the home from Divvy until you’re ready to buy. Your rent payments are put into a savings account for you to use toward your downpayment.
