One of my favorite wine bars in all of Dallas – Cork. It’s part bar / part retail and has a very easy-going, casual vibe.
It’s a hidden gem in West Village with indoor and outdoor seating, as well as a wall of wines you can take to-go. Cork offers an incredible selection of hand picked wines to enjoy by the bottle, glass, or as part of a flight. Food offerings include charcuterie, delicious cheese, nuts, and spreads.

Cork offers educational classes about once a month that you can sign up for on their website or when you come in for a drink. Some past classes include Loire Valley, Central Coast, and Australian wines.
They also offer space to host private events with different packages to choose from to suite your needs.

Each wine offered at Cork has been chosen for a reason. The wines are amazing reflections of the varietals and come at a great price, too. Some of my favorites include the Thuerry Rose from France, Grochau Cellars Commuter Pinot Noir from Oregon, and Matahiwi Sauvignon Blanc from New Zealand.
